Wholesale FAQ

1. What do I need to open a wholesale account?
Please email us at info@shopsugar.com with a brief description and location of your business. You will receive information within one week.

2. Can I see the items in person before placing an order?
Yes, please contact us for more information. We will do our best to send someone to you with samples of jewelry, or we can ship a few samples so that you can review the colors and craftsmanship.

3. Do you offer exclusivity?
We offer regional exclusivity (on review) within zip codes. However, since most of the designs are one-of-a-kind or limited edition usually retailers are not carrying the same designs.

4. What are Sugar and Sharkaraa’s payment terms?
To simplify the sales process, all new accounts will pay by credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx). Established accounts may request Net 30 terms with a credit card.

5. How do I place an order?
After receiving the information on wholesale discounts of online prices wholesale accounts may order at any time as our merchandise is sold first come, first served basis. Accounts can place orders online using our shopping cart feature and before the items are charged and shipped the wholesale discount will be applied to the total order. Also, a wholesale invoice with price breakdown per item will be enclosed in the package. Sales are not charged until the items are shipped.
*Soon we will have a ‘promo code’ feature on the website that will allow you to see your applied discount immediately.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?
In stock items should take no more than two weeks. If the item is backordered, you will be notified as soon as possible of the expected ship date. Since all of the jewelry is handcrafted please place holiday orders at least six weeks in advance. Thank you.
